Situated 20 km from the Mont-St-Michel, the Auberge de la Selune is owned by Jean-pierre Girres, who is also the chef. A member of the "Toques Normandes" (an association of Norman chefs), he specializes in traditional cooking of local products, particularly the numerous varieties of local fish. You will also have the opportunity to taste numerous specialities.

Meals may be taken in the restaurant or on the terrace in summer, both looking on to the flower garden and the river. You may choose from four fixed menus or a la carte. The wine list offers some 60 different AOC wines.
